I was born and raised on the Southside of Chicago, Illinois, and started playing music at an early age, in church. Although my background is in contemporary gospel music, I've grown to love every genre of music. From pop, rock, and R&B, to classical, jazz, and traditional southern gospel, I am passionate about the impact of music in our everyday lives. 

I live in Kansas City, Missouri where I regularly play for worship services, concerts, special events, and more. I also do session recordings, artist collaborations, as well as travel frequently. Traveling the world and playing with talented artists is a cherished privilege. Being a self-taught musician, with the ability to play by ear, I do not take for granted this gift to share music with the world. 

I also invest time in writing and composing positive and uplifting music that can reach all walks of life. I want to bring a message of love, hope, encouragement, and unity through the songs I write. The human race is stronger together than we are apart.
